Toyota Innova Hycross GX (O) a new variant is releasing soon with some of the advanced features and technology along with that variation in its price. This car’s hybrid powertrain variant has been getting many features, derived from its higher-end counterparts with the petrol version just receiving some lower-end trims so far.
However, it’s all about to change as the Japanese automobile manufacturer has now listed a new GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross on their official website.

TOYOTA INNOVA HYCROSS GX (O): FEATURES
The new GX (O) variant of the Toyota Hycross will be packed with newer features compared to its existing models. It includes LED front fog lamps, automatic climate control, a 10.1-inch touchscreen (limited only to seven-seater variants) and a rear retractable sunshade (limited only to seven-seater variants). The GX (O) eight-seater variant will be packed with a smaller 8-inch touchscreen unit.
TOYOTA INNOVA HYCROSS GX (O): PRICING
Toyota is yet to reveal the official pricing of the upcoming Innova Hycross GX (O). It will likely be priced at a premium when compared to the already GX trim. The base GX trim variant starts at roughly Rs 19 lakh in India. The G variant, on the other hand, is only available for commercial use. The hybrid variant of the Hycross starts at Rs 25 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 30 lakh for the ZX (O) version. Given the pricing of their current models, the GX (O) variant of the car should not priced more than Rs 21 lakh. (all prices, ex-showroom).
TOYOTA INNOVA HYCROSS GX (O): POWERTRAIN
The yet-to-be-released Toyota Innova Hycross GX (O) is likely to be powered by a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated, four-cylinder petrol engine. These specifications should produce 173 bhp and 209 Nm of torque. The engine will also pack the standard CVT automatic transmission which will send power only to the front wheels. The Hycross also gets a hybrid variant that is powered by a 2.0-litre engine that produces 182 bhp. Here the motor features eCVT automatic transmission which doubles down as a starter generator. This hybrid engine option promises lower emissions and fuel consumption.
